It really is up to you, but if you’re coming to the studio for a child portrait session or family photoshoot, we normally take our photographs on a white floor and background. If you like to wear bright colours, these normally look great on light backgrounds. White on white is OK too – it slows us down a little, but if you like a lot of white, it’s OK with us. Please be wary of wearing whites that are a little old as they will look grey against a brilliant white background. Pastels and primary colours always look good and dark colours are no problem either.

We use very high quality cameras, lighting and printing techniques so texture is good too!
